A beautiful smile is one of the most sought after cosmetic features in the world. People from all backgrounds and professions want a bright, straight smile, and we are here to help turn that desire into reality. Whether through minor adjustments or major treatment plans, our cosmetic dentistry practice aims to improve your smile and help you build confidence in the way your teeth look.
Full Mouth Reconstruction
We usually recommend complex full-mouth rehabilitation when patients have multiple problems in their mouths. We help people who are suffering from gum disease, discoloration, tooth decay, crooked teeth, and other problems, usually all at the same time.
Before we start your rehabilitation, we will need to do a thorough examination with X-rays to determine what treatments you will need. Since every mouth is different, we create a treatment plan just for you.
A smile makeover uses cosmetic dental procedures to make you proud of your smile. We perform teeth whitening, along with other cosmetic procedures like veneers and tooth implants.
Each smile makeover is different. We start by doing a thorough examination and decide what each patient wants and needs. We look at the color of your teeth and how they are all lined up. We check to see if there are any missing teeth or if any are cracked, chipped, or broken.
Our goal is to give you a healthy and happy smile. We want you to have a bright smile, along with teeth that line up correctly and are aesthetically pleasing. We work with our patients to ensure their happiness. We will do whatever we can so that, when you leave our office, you will be completely happy with your smile.
All-on-4® treatment provides patients with a full-arch prosthesis over four implants on the day of surgery. All-on-4® is designed to give edentulous patients full function of their mouth and full mouth restoration. It’s heavily advertised as providing 4 implants, but some situations may require more.
All-on-4® overdentures reduce the complexity of treatment, the number of surgeries, and the overall treatment time. It is less expensive compared with fixed implants.
All-on-4® dental implants, also known as hybrid dentures, use high-end denture teeth and acrylic for the best aesthetics, making it the most cost effective choice for any future repairs.
Porcelain Veneers are wafer-thin, custom-made shells of tooth-colored materials designed to cover the front surface of teeth to improve appearance. These shells are bonded to the front of the teeth changing their color, shape, size, or length. We recommend this treatment to anyone experiencing discoloration that cannot be fixed with whitening or if your teeth are damaged. Porcelain veneers are also an option if you’re unhappy with the shape or look of your natural teeth.
Your Teeth – But Better!
Nobody wants to look like they’re wearing someone else’s teeth. That’s what puts off a lot of people when they think of porcelain veneers. Thankfully, cosmetic dentistry has advanced so that’s no longer a problem! Dentists today have better tools for matching up the color and shape of your existing teeth to that of the new veneers, so you’ll still look like you, just better!
In fact, you’re probably already familiar with one such tool. It’s a long plastic card with lots of small plastic tooth shaped pieces in all shades of yellow. We use that to match the color of your current teeth so we can make sure that your new teeth and your existing teeth won’t have too much contrast.
We will also take into consideration the shape and size of each of your existing teeth, as well as the overall mouth, to make sure that the new veneers will compliment your smile and make you look years younger!
Pain Free Dentistry
We understand that pain is a big concern for many patients, and that’s often why they put off having any procedures completed. Porcelain veneers are a minimally invasive treatment, so you shouldn’t feel any pain at all. We will need to remove a thin layer of enamel to make room for the veneers, but most patients can complete this without local anesthetic. If you are particularly sensitive, of course anesthesia or dental sedation are available for you. Please let us know your preference so we can have materials available if needed.
Stay Looking Great
Because porcelain veneers are made from porcelain, they do not have the bumps and ridges and porous surfaces of your natural teeth. This is what leads to staining. Veneers are not able to absorb the stain-causing food and drink you may consume, therefore they will stay at their intended shade without the need for whitening or replacement.
One of the biggest advantages of porcelain veneers is that they can last for a very long time. On average, you can expect them to stay in good condition for about 10 years. If you avoid stain-causing food and drink, and maintain a rigorous oral hygiene routine, then it’s quite possible you can double this estimate and have a beautiful looking smile for 20 years!
We will continue to monitor the quality of your porcelain veneers at every East Cobb dental cleaning. When we notice signs of aging, we can discuss your other options depending on the health of your mouth.

Dental bonding is the procedure where we apply a tooth colored plastic material to a patient’s tooth. Using a special light, the material hardens and bonds the material to the tooth.
Dental bonding is used to improve a patient’s smile. It can be used on cracked and decaying teeth. It also can be used for cavities. It can be used to change the shape and size of your teeth so you have a more uniform smile! It is also commonly used for receding gums by protecting the exposed teeth!request an appointment
